IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO OUR RENTAL GUESTS

1).   All guests, whether owners or renters, must notify the front desk promptly upon arrival, or if a late arrival, the following morning. The name and number of persons occupying a unit must be provided to the front desk whether as an owner, renter, or guest of owner.  Check-in time is after 4:00pm.  Checkout time is before 12:00 noon.  A ONE NIGHT PENALTY FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF GUEST DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE CHECK OUT TIME.  During the summer months, there could be a delay at check-in. We advise you NOT TO buy groceries until you have been checked in.  No rentals within a 65 mile radius will be permitted. 

2).   No malicious, obnoxious, rude, loud or abusive behavior to staff or guests is allowed.  Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. this includes the courtyard, and pool/hot tub areas.  Violators will be asked to return to their unit and or asked to leave at the discretion of the manger/staff in charge.  No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed by minors.  NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ANY PLACE IN THE COURTYARD OR POOL AREA.  No illegal substances allowed.  NO SMOKING in non-smoking rooms.  A fee of $100.00 will be charged for any violation.

3).   Any damaged, lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the Gulfstream Condominiums.

4).   Our rates are quoted for 1 to 4 persons. There is a $5.00 charge each for extra persons. This number includes small children/infants. Children must be supervised by a parent at all times.  NO MORE THAN SIX (6) people per unit and no more than (2) split transactions per room. Payments in full must be made for your stay at check-in. If a split transaction is needed for a room, this must be done at check-in. NO more than (2) transactions per room. If you wish to pay cash for your room, a $500.00 security deposit is required. Cash or check is acceptable.  All guests must register their vehicle with the front office. Vehicles not registered are subject for towing at the vehicle owner's expense. There is a $2.50 charge for lost keys to a unit.  NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

5).   If you notice anything wrong or broken in the unit at the time of check in, please notify the front desk immediately so that damaged or missing items, including linens, will not be charged to your credit card.

6).   Upon inspection during your stay or after checkout, damaged or missing items, including linens, will be charged to your credit card based on replacement cost.

7).   ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.  GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITH NO REFUND.  Violation of this rule will result in a $50.00 fee and will be charged to the guest.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

8).   Please check your confirmation letter for accuracy.  If it isn’t correct, please notify us immediately.  Bring your confirmation letter with you at check-in.  Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to deposit forfeiture.  Reservations will not be made for anyone under the age of 25 years.  Proof of age may be required.

9).   A conference/party room is available for use by owner’s, owner’s guests, and renters for private parties not exceeding 34 people.  The room may be reserved at the front desk at a $115.00 per night.  Any damage to the room will be billed a minimum charge of $250.00.

10).  Our gas grills are located on each side of the courtyard. Personal barbeque grills ARE PROHIBITED at the Gulfstream.  (This includes Propane grills).

11).  Our kitchens are equipped with basic kitchenware. We supply coffee, but no condiments, cream or sugar. We do not provide blenders or blow dryers in the rooms. We provide a limited number of towels per unit.  For additional towels a $15.00 fee will be charged to your room. You need to bring your own beach/pool towels. Irons and ironing boards are available and we do have a laundry facility on site.

12).  Please do not permit your children to play in or near the ELEVATORS.

13).  NO SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, SCOOTERS, BALLS, WATER BALLOONS, ETC that could result in injury or damages are not allowed inside the courtyard and are considered a violation of the rules and regulations and will be fined.  This includes walkways, landings, courtyard, pool area and parking area.

14).  No diving allowed in the pool at any time.  NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ANY PLACE IN THE COURTYARD AND POOL AREA.  All posted pool rules must be obeyed.  The pool closes at 11:00 p.m. and reopens at 10:00 a.m.  The Jacuzzi is for ADULTS ONLY.  Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

15).  Lounge chairs in the pool area ARE NOT TO BE RESERVED.  Guest must be present in the pool area at all times.  If not, all items on lounge chairs will be removed and placed in the lost and found area.  Do not remove pool furniture from pool area.

BY SIGNING THIS NOTICE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES/REGULATIONS AND POLICES OF THE GULFSTREAM  I AM AUTHORIZING GULFSTREAM TO APPLY ALL PENALTIES AND FEES TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH THE SIGNATURE ON FILE, ALONG WITH THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE MY STAY WITHOUT REFUND.                                   Guest Signature: ________________         Date: _______
