Rates are quoted for 1 - 4 persons. $5.00 each for extra persons to a maximum of 6 per condo.

Cancellation policy - A two night minimum deposit is required within 14 days of booking to guarantee your reservation. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to deposit forfeiture.

Guests must be 25 years or older

Check in time is any time after 4:00 p.m. Check out time is before 12:00 Noon

A late departure fee will be assessed.
