Rates and Rental Info (Subject to change)

Rates quoted are per night, for 1 - 4 persons. $5.00 each for extra persons to a maximum of 6 per condo. Rates shown do not apply to holidays or groups.

Cancellation policy - A two night minimum deposit is required within 14 days of booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without deposit, which is fully refundable if written cancellation is made 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to deposit forfeiture.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.

Check in time is any time after 4:00 p.m. Check out time is before 12:00 Noon

A late departure fee will be assessed.
