February Announcements and Upcoming Events

• As of February 1st 2023 all owners are encouraged to pay dues and receive payouts via ACH. Please contact the office if you are needing an ACH form. 
• Owners in our Rental Pool will notice a charge of $250 on their statements due to the renewal of short term rental permits. 
• As you come into the property in the evening you will notice all of our palm trees are currently wrapped with very nice lighting to give our property a very warm welcoming to our guests and owners. 
• Through the month of February we are currently offering our Winter Special Stay three nights get the fourth night free. 
• On February 14th at 3pm we will be hosting a Wine and Cheese afternoon for our Winter. Please sure to sign up at front desk. 
• Being partnered with The Texas State Aquarium and The Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Organization we are able to offer discounted tickets. For questions or if you are interested in purchasing tickets email Grex Rivera at info@gulfstreamcondos.com

January Recap

• The Gulfstream Condos celebrated the New Years alongside several families that joined us for the Holiday. 
• The Gulfstream held our first board meeting of the year and a detailed letter was sent out to owners of what was discussed and any announcements that our General Manager Terry Witzsche and our Board President Lou Lutostanski had. 
• We are still encouraging all owners or guest to send in any special memories you have had here at The Gulfstream.
