The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.

Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

unexpected illness - no refund

Husband and I came down with covid and because the deadline had expired for refunds they had no policy to refund for the rooms. We are long time users of the Gulfstream. Always a joy to stay - not now.

Poorly equipped / no help

Needed coffee filters. Office had none so borrowed from another room. Asked for mop to clean a spill, again office could not help. Had family with 4 rooms. One had dirty pillow cases, another had ants, another with sandy floor. Just not up to your usual standards.Staff were kind but unable to be of help

Gulfstream 208

Great ocean front room and location to the pool. The decor is a nice tan, instead of ocean blue for a change. The King in the main room and twins in the back bedroom were nice. The couch very comfortable. You need to provide the condo with some instructions. We were not sure, at first, how to work the ceiling fans, maintenance ended up fixing one. We did not have the wifi password or instructions. The maid service barely had the room ready by 4 and in their rush did not leave any shampoo, soap, kitchen towels. So it was a little disorganized. But we had a good time. The high chairs in the kitchen to see out and the high chairs on the balcony are very nice.

Our crew of 6 had a great stay in unit 208. The unit had all of the basic amenities. No real complaints. It would have been great if the ceiling fan in master bedroom ran at great speed but otherwise all good.

We really enjoyed our second stay here. Love how it’s easy access to the beach, and provides everything we need to cook and eat at the condo. The only complaint I have is, I noticed the cooking utensils were dirty from the previous tenants.

Yearly Beach Trip

Love the Gulfstream and have been coming here for more than 20 years. The room we stayed in was a first and was lacking in kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Also had many issues with broken toilets, broken dishwasher, nonworking telephone. Also my experience with turnkey your new management company was awful. Hate to say it but whoever decided to switch management companies was an idiot. Turn key is rude, charges your room for stay a month before you show up. I am extremely frustrated with them and the fact that you changed to someone else managing your stay

Our winter rates are in effect from January 1st until  Memorial Day weekend and then from October 1st  Until December 31st.

Summer rates are in effect during Spring break, Easter weekend and Memorial Day  weekend until the end of September.

All major holidays are subject to a 10% rate increase & a 3 night minimum stay.
All rates subject to local and state taxes.
All reservations are subject to a Cleaning Fee and a Daily Resort Fee.

Policy

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Check out before or at 11a.m.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
