With a wraparound balcony, wall-to-wall windows across the living area and primary suite, this 2BR/2BA condo is a perfect beach getaway! The natural light is warm and inviting. A fully equipped kitchen is the perfect tool to prepare home-cooked meals.

The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.

Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Wonderful reunion

40 years ago I was part of a group of 12 women who got together monthly and once a year spent a week at the Gulfstream. Four of us had a reunion this summer back at the Gulfstream. It was a fabulous experience. The view of the beach was magical and we loved the pool and hot tub. Before we left we booked a reservation for next year. Already looking forward to it.

Only issue we had was the elevator not working. Could have used more tables/umbrellas for the pool. Otherwise, this was WAY better than the last stay there! Love the unit - except for the old stove/oven - one burner did not work.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The condo had a magnificent view but it needs to be updated. Stove is very old, bed is awful and many electric outlets are non functional, but pretty furnishings and cozy space.

Loved our stay at Gulfstream Condos. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful. The premises were well-maintained and cared for and the location to the beach was perfect. Unit 418 had amazing views and was very nice inside. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip back to Gulfstream!

Always feels like home

I have been coming to the Gulfstream since I was a kid. Now I am 49 with 4 kids of my own and so the tradition continues. This place has stayed the same over the years which is a good thing. I am sure there are a lot of places that are newer and fancier BUT you can’t replicate a place that makes you feel like you are home and that treats you like you are family.

Love the Gulfstream!

We've been staying at the Gulfstream off and on for 40 years and love it! It is right on the beach and convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and clean and the staff is very friendly. The condo we stayed in was bright and cheery and well decorated. I loved the colored lights in the pool at night! They used to have a spotlight shining on the backside of the property so you could sit or walk on the sea wall after dark. I wish they would bring that back as it made the property seem a little safer and not so dark. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Employees are so nice!!Condo was beautiful and perfect. My only complaint were the beds. Most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Every bed. Definitely won’t stop us from coming back. Make the best of it. Honestly I prefer the old way of checking in. I don’t care for the new way. Just have to get used to that too. Overall— all was great!!!

All reservations are subject to a Cleaning Fee and a Daily Resort Fee.

Policy

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Check out before or at 11a.m.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
